Disney Shirt Makeup Inspiration: Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow
I took a break on social media in honor of Black Lives Matter. I stopped/muted all of my regular posts, and started sharing inspiration stories and brands that have an amazing black life behind it! Even though that break is now over, I’m still going to be posting on my story on Instagram related to Black Lives Matter, because it doesn’t just stop after June 7th, it’s important to remember that we can’t just stop supporting something, we have to continue to do so until, and after change has happened!
Now that I’ve gotten that out, I’m going to continue with my makeup look! The makeup look I created is inspired by this shirt ↓ From: Etsy.com/LakeBuenaVisitors
As always I applied Urban Decay: Primer Potion to both lids, next I placed ELF Cosmetics: Line & Define Eye Tape along the lower lash lash, arching it upwards for both eyes
Using a very light matte beige eye shadow, I applied that into my crease using a fluffy dome shaped brush, this will be my transition color
For the rest of the eye shadows, I used Juvia’s Place: The Warrior 3 Palette
Using a stiff dome shaped brush, I applied the color Candace to my crease
To get the best color payoff, I kept applying the color Candace to my crease and blending it out
I wasn’t satisfied with the pink undertone this purple had, so I applied a dark matte purple from the BH Cosmetics: Take Me Back To Brazil Palette, and applied that to my crease right on top of the color Candace
After blending out the edges of the purple, I removed the eye tape
I added a highlight right below my brows, using one of the highlight colors from the BH Cosmetics: Take Me Back To Brazil Palette
Using a flat shading brush, I applied the color Jarawa from Juvia’s palette to my lids
I lined my water-line using Tarte: Tartesit Double Take Liner
I smudged the color Candace along my lower lash line
I decided to add some glam to this look! I applied Eylure: Pre-Glued Lashes in 117
To help cover the band of the lashes, and add some liner and a wing, I used NYX Cosmetics: Epic Ink Liner
To help blend the false lashes with my real ones I applied a few coats of Tarte: Maneater Mascara. I also applied the mascara to my bottom lashes as well
I smudged a little bit of the color Gola right on top of Candace along my lower lash line
I wanted a way to incorporate gears! Because of course there are gears on my shirt! I originally was going to make them a stencil and use blue eye shadow, but….I didn’t like how it looked. So I decided to lash glue them on! For my one eye I applied 3 gears along my wing and the other eye I only applied one gear as an accent
I got the Gears glitter/confetti at Target they came in a pack with several different shapes!
And my eye look is complete!
I wanted to keep my lips simple and easy. So I used Urban Decay: Ultra Cushion Lipgloss in SPL
And my Disney shirt makeup inspiration look is complete!
