Disney Shirt Makeup Inspiration: Crush’s Surf School
I think this is by far my favorite makeup look I’ve created for my Disney shirts from Etsy.com/LakeBuenaVisitors!
This is the inspiration shirt ↓
I did a lot of research on how I wanted to do my makeup for this, I wanted to created something along the lines of water color painting. I did one technique on one eye and another technique on the other! I hope you guys enjoy!
Right Eye:
I always apply Urban Decay: Primer Potion before adding any eye shadows/liners to my lids. Next I took a regular kitchen sponge (brand new and rinsed out completely) and I cut it into small pieces. I found an eye shadow water-color palette from Amazon that worked incredibly for this makeup look.
Blue Squid Pro: Classic Color Palette
I kept a small bowl of water nearby my makeup station and dipped a piece of sponge in it ( I kept my pieces of sponges separated so that I didn’t mix the colors) and then began dipping into the eye shadows. The First color I started with was the White. I applied it to the inner half of my eye
Next I applied the Light Green to the middle of my eye
Next to the Light Green I applied the Dark Green and carefully blended them into each other
I applied the Light Blue right next to the Dark Green (still using sponges and a little bit of water)
To finish up with the colors, I applied the Dark Blue to the outer corner of my eye
Next I applied a thin line of Starlit Studio: Metallic Paint in Electric Shock
I finished this eye off with a few coats of Tarte: Maneater Mascara to my top and bottom lashes
Left Eye:
I wanted to keep this eye simple, yet super artistic! Like the Right Eye, I applied Urban Decay: Primer Potion to my lid. Next I applied a thin line of Starlit Studio: Metallic Paint in Electric Shock along my top lashes
I took a small eye shadow brush and wet it and applied the Dark Blue and Light Blue eye shadows from the Blue Squid Pro palette along my lower lash line
Next for the super fun part! Tear drops! I got my small eye shadow brush soaking wet and dipped it into the Dark Blue eye shadow, and carefully let it drip starting from my lower lash line
I added another tear drop using the same Dark Blue, and then I added one tear drop using the Light Blue
I wanted to add a little glam to this eye! So I used Starlit Studio: Face + Body Glitter Gel in Tidal Wave (fitting name for this look)
Using a very small liner brush, I carefully applied the glitter along each tear drop
To finish up this eye I applied a couple coats of Tarte: Maneater Mascara to my top and bottom lashes
For my lips I wanted something simple, I just applied a layer of Fenty Beauty: Gloss Bomb in Diamond Milk
And my look is complete!
