Fun Facts:
The Mandarin Drake is native to China and Japan
They are extremely maneuverable fliers, able to fly through trees with remarkable agility
Female mandarins don’t quack, but they do make a series of clucking calls that are invariably uttered when they see danger, such as a hunting fox
As always, we start off with an eye shadow primer. I used Urban Decay: Primer Potion

Next I applied scotch tape along my lower lash-line and bringing it upwards to help create a winged effect. I then applied Nyx Cosmetics: Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milkall over my lids

Using the Nyx Cosmetics: Happy Birthday Palette

I applied the second color in the top row to the outer half of my lid, using a large flat shading brush

Very carefully remove the tape, this will reveal the nice crisp line you have created

Next taking Makeup Forever: Eyeshadow in 1-922

With a smaller shading brush, I applied this to the inner corner of my lids, slightly blending it into the orange shade

Using my Sephora: Minnie’s World in Color

Using a fluffy blending brush, I applied Big Shoes To Fill into the crease

To my water-line I applied Urban Decay: 24/7 Eyeliner in Zero

Using a small smudging brush, I smudged So Demure from the Minnie’s World in Color Palette along my lower lash-line

I applied a thin line with a long wing along my top lash-line, using Revon: ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen

Right below the black wing, I applied Sephora: Colorful Wink-It Felt Liner in Bone White

To finish up the eyes, I applied 2 coats of Too Faced: Better Than Sex Mascara

Eyes are complete!
Onto lips…
Using the Urban Decay: Vice Lipstick Palette

I applied 714all over my lips using the lip brush the palette comes with

And your Mandarin Drake inspired look is complete!
