These special effect lip top coats transform any lip color into a gorgeous, glamorous, shimmery creation.

I picked up the color Litter.

Litter is an iridescent glitter, full of gold glitter, green glitter, and pink glitter.

As you can see, it’s not as impressive on its own, but it is still packed full of gorgeous glitter!

Here it is on top of Urban Decay: Vice Lipstick in Speedball.

You can also apply it on top of liquid lipsticks!
