September Ipsy Bag look!

This months Ipsy bag gives you all the products you need to make the perfect and simple old Hollywood style look! The only extras from your own makeup collection that you’d need are your face products! For this look I didn’t use any products on my face, only products for eyes, lips, and eyebrows. So let’s get started on the look! First off you need to define your brows (not too much, we don’t want them looking fake) Here I used the Victoria Jackson eyebrow pencil in Taupe. 

Next it’s time to add that classic liner on your upper lashes. I winged out the eyeliner just a little and made sure not to go all the way to the inner corner, keeping the liner away from my inner corner will help your eyes look more open. 

I used the Starlook eyeliner kohl in Obsidian.

Next to add a little brightness to my eyes I placed NYX eye shadow in Hollywood only in the inner corners. 

To finish off the eyes I used Elizabeth Mott: It’s so Big Mascara.

And here are the finished eyes!

Next up when need to add that traditional Hollywood lip: red lips. Since this look is so simple I used a subtle red tinted lip balm by Cailyn in Big Apple.

And now you have completed the look, and all it took were those awesome products from your September Ipsy Bag! 

*A tip for the tinted lip balm: use a highly moisturizing lip balm and don’t let it soak in before applying it. The Cailyn tinted lip balm is very dry and not like a lip balm at all.
