Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar Look!

For weeks I have been playing with the Too Faced: Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar palette. And so far, I love it! It’s the perfect palette to create subtle “Everyday Looks” and “Dramatic Looks”. I decided to create a simple look with a pop of color! 

So let’s get started! 

Primer is always a key to getting long lasting color wear. I used Urban Decay: Primer Potion in Sin.

Since this primer has pigment and shimmer, I prefer to keep it just on the lid, mainly because I always add a creamy-light highlighter color on my brow-bone. 

Now it’s time for the main event of this look, the chocolate bar!

Taking a flat shader brush, apply Frosting all of the lid, slightly passed the crease. Using a clean fluffy blending brush, blend out Frosting, making sure there aren’t any harsh lines. 

To add more depth and darken up the look I took Cocoa Chili on a dome-shaped brush and blended it into my crease, blending it outward to darken up the outer-v of my eye. I also applied Cocoa Chili along my lower lash-line.

To lighten up the look, I added a highlight to my brow-bone. Taking a large shadow brush, I applied Coconut Creme to my brow-bone and used it to blend out Cocoa Chili just a little more. 

Time to add some color! Using Le Metier De Beaute: Felt Tip Liner in Bleu. I applied it along my upper lash-line, winging it out slightly. 

I wanted to keep up with the blue eyeliner, and instead of lining my eyes with black liner, I chose to use blue eyeliner instead. Using Nyx Cosmetics: Eye Pencil in 913 Sapphire line both your water line and your tight-line. 

To finish off the eyes, mascara is always a must! Using a lash curler, I curled my lashes using my Too Faced: Lash Curler. And applied Too Faced: Better Than Sex Mascara. Two coats is best!

And your eyes are complete! 

To finish off the look, a nice pink lip is perfect! Using my new Rimmel: Provocalips in I’ll Call You.

First apply the lip color (on the left), let it set first, and then apply the sealing gloss (on the right). This lip color really does last all day! So amazing, I love it. 

And now your look is complete!
