Saturday Reviews! L’Oreal: Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara

     A while back in my Target Makeup Haul  I showed that I purchased the L’Oreal: Voluminous Million Lashes mascara, and at the end of the blog I mentioned that I would be reviewing all the products. With mascara I like to use it for quite a while until reviewing, that way I can get a full feel for how it works, looks, and applies.

     I’ve been wearing this mascara everyday for the past 3 weeks, and I absolutely love it! When I read a label on any mascara, and it mentions “million” or “lengthening” on it, I get worried that I can’t use it on my lower lashes. And I know there’s a lot of people out there that use different mascara’s for top and bottom, but to me that’s a waste of time and money. I always try to find a mascara that can be comfortably put on both top and bottom lashes. When I apply this mascara to my lower lashes it creates more depth, and like there’s a “million” lashes there (not really, but it’s exaggerated), the best part is, the mascara doesn’t lengthen to the extent of my lower lashes rubbing against my skin, and prevents them from smudging everywhere.      A lot of mascara’s show their true potential with more than one coat on the lashes. With some mascaras, the minute you add a second coat, your lashes get clumped together. And trust me, that’s not attractive. The formula for this mascara is thin enough to where your lashes won’t clump up. With extra coats of this mascara you can keep adding more depth to your lashes, which is always a good thing. Especially if you have thin, or sparse lashes to begin with.      In the last 3 weeks of wearing this mascara I have yet to experience smudging as the day goes by. Which is a great thing! You never want to catch a glimpse in the mirror and see mascara out of place, because trust me, people will most likely notice. I have noticed a small amount of flaking from the mascara, it’s not that noticeable, but I can see it myself. Since this mascara doesn’t smudge that means one thing! Long lasting. That’s not always a plus when trying to remove your mascara with makeup remover. Trust me, I do take extra time removing this mascara at night. Although I’d rather have to take longer removing makeup, than having it smudge all over my face.  Pro’s:

I happily recommend this to all of the mascara lovers out there! It’s an amazing product, and the price is great compared to higher-brand mascaras. If you’re looking for a good everyday mascara, then this ones for you!
