Milk Makeup: Kush Growhouse Lash + Brow Serum 21 Day Update
My 21 day update using the Milk Makeup: Kush Growhouse Lash + Brow Serum
We all want a quick fix to make our lashes and brows grow stronger, voluminous and thick, right? I’m going to be honest, nothing is a quick fix. Especially growing out your brows….. I didn’t touch my brows for 15 days, and let me tell you THAT WAS SO DIFFICULT OMG.
I originally started this journey for both my brows and lashes. But it got to a point where I really didn’t see much difference in my lashes, also the bottles a little more than half empty and it has now been 21 days since I started using it. So I gave up my lashes, because they did fill out a little and I did see less fall out. But my brows are way more important to me at the moment. They’re the ones that need the most help!
Here are my lashes from start to finish.
I applied the serum along my top and bottoms lashes everyday for 15 days, in the morning and at night.
My brows were the hardest to keep up with, because I wanted the full affects of this product, so I didn’t touch my brows for 15 DAYS. Hardest 2 weeks of my life, I am a regular 1-2 weeks tweezer to maintain my brows. But I had to be patient… And I succeeded!
I’m sorry in advance if all those little crazy brow hairs are driving you crazy, trust me, they drove me crazy not being able to pluck them!
After the long 15 days of applying the serum twice a day along my brows, I finally allowed myself to map out my brows and very carefully pluck them. I’ve always been an over-tweezer. But for the sake of this serum, I chose not to be generous with tweezing and not take away the hairs the serum got to grow! My biggest struggle with my brows are the ends, they just never grow and it’s soooo annoying!
These are my brows today. You’re probably wondering why I’m only showing one brow, why? Because this eyebrow on my left side is the troubled one. My right eyebrow grows way better and fuller. This is the eyebrow I care the most about haha….But I still care about maintaining my right brow!
Since I pluck my eyebrows often enough, I do notice where hair mostly grows and where it’s always sparse or bare. So with that being said, I have noticed the serum DID help with the growth of my brow hairs, especially on the ends. I’ve also noticed less brow hairs falling out, and they do seem sturdy.
I recommend this more for brows over eyelashes. Or choosing one or the other. Considering this product is $48, it goes much quicker when applying it on both brows and lashes twice a day. Like I said earlier, I’m more than halfway done with the bottle at 3 weeks. And you’re suppose to see full results at 12 weeks. So expect to buy at least 2 more bottles by the time you should see the full results of the product, that’s if you choose to only use it on your brows OR lashes, not both.
Do I think this product is worth it? Yes and no. For my brows I definitely noticed a difference. But I didn’t notice much of a difference with my lashes, at least enough of a difference to spend $48 again..
Will I purchase it after I run out? I’m honestly not sure, we’ll see where my brows are out when I run out. If my brows are full enough, I’ll do my best to maintain them by not over-tweezing. And hopefully they’ll stay full by doing so…
