Healthy Nails, Hair, and Skin!
Who wouldn’t want healthy skin, hair and nails?! I know I would love all of those to be stronger and healthier!
I’ve always had weak nails, the minute I got confident in growing my nails out to where there was a white tip, they would instantly chip and break. I wanted to fix that problem! I wanted my nails to be stronger. Because it actually can hurt when a “girl breaks a nail”, especially if your nails are weak enough to bend back! That’s not fun.
Along with healthy nails, I also wanted my hair to be healthier and grow super long! I’ve always gotten a chance to have long hair, but I don’t do it the healthy way. I’d let my hair grow long without getting any type of “healthy trim”. Which means I’d have to end up getting a few inches of my hair cut off due to split ends. I wanted that to stop, I wanted to be able to grow out my hair without having a bunch of extra problems.
I decided to do some research on how I can get “luscious” and long hair and strong nails. I found “Biotin” on a Pinterest post and decided to look more into it. Turns out Biotin is a Dietary Supplement that’s meant to help increase health in your nails, skin, and hair! When I went out today to finally purchase it I found two different doses, one with 5,000 mcg (Microgram and Milligram) and one with 2,500 mcg (Microgram and Milligram). I decided to go with the 2,500 just so that my body can get use to a lower dosage first, before jumping into a huge dosage right away.
