Gold Christmas Look

     It’s been so long since I’ve posted anything, ughhhh I’m failing! But as I always say, with the new year almost here, I’ll be doing my best to post more often!

     So today I decided to do a fun holiday gold makeup look for you guys!

Let’s get started!

As always, I start with a primer. For this I used the Urban Decay: Primer Potion

To keep my blended crisp and straight, I apply cosmetic tape along my lower lash-line, arching it upwards

For this look I used two different eye shadow palettes. First off I used Colourpop: Anna Shadow palette

Using a big fluffy blending brush I applied Wind to my crease, blending it outwards and along the cosmetic tape

Next I switched palettes, using the Too Faced: Gingerbread Extra Spicy Palette

From this palette I blended Midnight Snack into my crease to darken it up

Since I’m done adding shadows and blending in my crease, I went ahead and removed the cosmetic tape

I also applied Scooch In right below my brow-bone for an added highlight

Using a flat shading brush, I applied Earth to my lid, this color is absolutely gorgeous and gives such a great burst of color!

Next I applied Midnight Snack along my lower lash-line, and applied a thin line of liquid liner right along my lash-line, using NYX Cosmetics: Epic Ink

To finish the eyes I applied Too Faced: Better Than Sex Mascara to both my top and bottom lashes

To me, the best way to finish off a holiday look, is to add a nice dark red lip! I used Urban Decay: Vice Lipstick in Disturbed

And my Christmas look is complete (even though it’s after Christmas….)
