Custom Teeth Whitening System
I am so excited to announce that I’ve collaborated with Smile Brilliant to bring you a review of their teeth whitening system. This is the first time I’ve done any at-home teeth whitening, and I’m very pleased with the results.

I have always struggled with my smile throughout my teenage and more recent years. I could never get my teeth white enough to feel fully comfortable smiling in pictures showing my teeth. I always used a black & white filter to help my teeth appear whiter than they were. I never trusted at-home teeth whitening systems before. But this teeth whitening kit has helped boost my confidence and allow me to feel confident smiling with my teeth out and proud!
(This is after the whitening trial)
So let’s get started!
The system I received was the T3 Sensitive System (Mild stains)
This kit includes:
Base & Catalyst paste for the tray molds
Tray Molds
Desensitizing gel
Teeth whitening gel
When you first receive your kit, the first thing you want to do is your tray molds! I think it’s awesome that you get custom fit trays, this way you and your teeth feel comfortable while whitening. Make sure when applying the molds to your teeth you follow the instructions well, I had my sister help me press the paste & molds onto my teeth evenly, don’t bite down!
After you have mailed back your trays with your teeth molds, the lab checks them thoroughly to make sure you applied them properly after that you will quickly receive back your custom fitted trays!
I love that the custom trays come with a carrying case, this will keep them clean and safe from any damage!
Now that you’ve gotten your trays, it’s time for the best part! Whitening!
This system gives you 3 teeth whitening gel syringes
You start off with applying the whitening gel to your trays first, make sure you apply the gel to the front of the teeth in the trays! You don’t really want to whiten behind your teeth.. Now for this you have a few options as far as time frame, you can go 45 minutes up to 3 hours. I started off with 45 minutes, just to see how my teeth reacted. After a few days of feeling comfortable, I increased it to an hour. If your teeth are super sensitive it’s best to follow with the desensitizing gel, I did it only in the first week, and I didn’t have any tooth sensitivity, so there were a few nights where I skipped the desensitizing gel.
This system is super easy to navigate, and they have great options for what types of stains and extremes of stains you have! There is T3 for light stains, T6 for average stains, and T9 for heavy stains. And when you run out of any products such as the whitening or desensitizing gel, you can repurchase those without buying a whole new kit! Makes it super affordable to continue having a gorgeous white smile!
And to prove it really works, here are my before and afters!
