August Faves!

Now that we have entered September 1st I think it’s appropriate to start a new monthly blog post series! Monthly faves will consist of my favorite products of that whole month. I will have 4 beauty products, 2 fashion items, and 2 randoms! I hope you enjoy! 

Beauty Faves: 

1. Urban Decay Smoked Palette. I have been using this palette every day for my makeup, I’ve been into having smokey eyes and this palette has a lot of great dark colors for that type of look! 

1. NYX Blush in Angel. I got this blush in my august Ipsy bag and I love how sheer it is. I don’t have to worry about over-loading on the color, and it’s perfect for my light skin tone.

1. Michael Todd Jojoba Charcoal Facial Scrub. This scrub has entered my face routine, and it’s here to stay! It makes my face feel so clean and soft afterwards. 

1. Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment. I’ve always been obsessed with Carmex, but I wanted to try something new. This lip treatment is amazing, my lips stay moisturized all day!

Fashion Faves:

1. Gold necklace with my first initial. I got this for my birthday (8/10/93) from my boyfriends grandparents and I’ve been wearing it all the time throughout August.

1. Coral button up shirt. I got this shirt from Kohls, it’s perfect for summer because of the light color and because of how sheer it is. It’s perfect for winter because it can be warn as long sleeve, or you can roll up the sleeves! 

Random Faves:

1. iPad Mini. My boyfriend got me this for my birthday, I’m absolutely in love with it, I use it everyday! I take it everywhere with me, whether I’m going out to eat somewhere or going to work.

1. Greek. This television show is based around the Greek system in college. I was obsessed with this show when it aired a few years back. I forgot how great it was about portraying real characters in college that we can all find a way to relate to.
